1. Breakfast Cancellation and Refunds:
Timeframe for Breakfast Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your breakfast order, please notify us before 8:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled delivery.
Full Refund: Provided that cancellation is made within the above timeframe, we will process a full refund for the amount paid.
Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made after 8:00 PM the previous day due to the perishable nature of the food and our preparation process.
2. Subscription Postponements:

Availability of Postponements: We will try to accommodate requests for postponing deliveries, depending on availability and specific circumstances.
3. No Last-Minute Cancellations or Refunds:
Pre-Ordered Food: As we prepare food based on your orders, once the preparation process begins, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds.
Emergency Situation: If you have a sudden emergency or travel that prevents you from receiving your food, you are welcome to donate your food to someone within our service area. However, this must be communicated to us in advance for proper arrangements to be made.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Premises Locked or Recipient Unavailable: If the delivery cannot be made due to the premises being locked, or the recipient being unavailable at the given address (even after attempts to contact), no refund will be provided.
Restricted Access: If access to your location is restricted (for example, office buildings without prior notification to security or reception), and we are unable to complete the delivery, we cannot offer a refund.
5. Delivery Rescheduling Due to Force Majeure:
In the case of natural calamities, floods, heavy rains, or local/national bandhs that hinder food delivery, we reserve the right to reschedule your delivery to a later date.
Notification of Rescheduled Deliveries: If your delivery is affected by any such unforeseen events, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the rescheduled delivery date.
No Refunds for Rescheduling: Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for these types of delivery reschedules as the situation is beyond our control.
